We have flexible event dates and times to accommodate your schedule. Please contact us to check our availability.


Yes, our event space is fully accessible for people with disabilities. We have wheelchair ramps, accessible restrooms, and other accommodations.


 

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct, as well as the conduct of their guests or persons using their tickets. Venue staff strive to maintain an atmosphere where all in attendance can enjoy the event. Attendees and their guests in violation of the Customer Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without a refund, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.

  • Be respectful of patrons and staff.

  • Don’t interfere with the event or the performers in any way.

  • Do not obstruct the aisles

  • Don’t occupy a seat or remain in an area for which you don’t possess a valid ticket. You must show staff your ticket if they request it at any time during the event.

  • Comply with requests from staff regarding the venue’s operational and emergency procedures.

  • Unnecessary noise or movements during a concert distract not only your fellow audience members but also the performers. Patrons (and their children) who make such disruptions may be removed from the theater.

Our staff is trained to intervene when necessary and to use their best discretion to ensure attendees who ignore the Customer Code of Conduct don’t interfere with others’ enjoyment of the event.


No, we do not. 


 

  • Medical or parenting bags are permitted at the venue and will be addressed on a case by case basis and subject to search.

  • Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5″x6.5″

  • Clear bags should not exceed 12″x6″x12″

  • All bags larger than a small clutch bag will need to be clear.

  • Bags for medical equipment (sized appropriately to the size of the equipment) are permitted, but will be subject to search, i.e. small items like medication need to follow the standard bag policy above.

  • Diaper/parenting bags (accompanied by infant/toddler) are permitted but will be subject to search.

  • Following standard safety protocol, all unattended items and bags left outside the gates or within the venue will be removed from the facility immediately.

  • Bags, purses or backpacks of any kind will not be accepted by Guest Services and you will be asked to take them back to your vehicle. 


 
 

Door times vary depending on the show and are subject to change. 

Please check your ticket for door time or call our box office at (713)724 - 5199.

Please note that posted door times are guidelines only, and may change depending on the show schedule.

All patrons entering the venue are subject to a metal-detector screening by way of magnetometer, visual inspection, and/or bag inspection conducted by venue security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items and is for the safety of our guests and our staff.

All patrons entering the facility are subject to search and inspection.



 

If first aid assistance is required, please notify the nearest HVML representative, so they may escort you to the first aid area.

Our first aid area is equipped to handle minor injuries.


 

A wide array of beverages from beer to mixed drinks are available at the concession stands for those persons 21+ only. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available.

Each customer’s ID is checked before each alcohol purchase. Alcohol will not be served if the picture on the ID doesn’t match the person attempting to purchase.  The theater reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to anyone at any time.

We DO NOT allow outside food and/or drinks.

Don’t drink and drive. Use a designated driver or a ride service.


 Patrons can order a selection of snacks at concession stands including but not limited to nachos, and pop corn.

When there is a food truck on site, only the food from the food truck is allowed inside the venue.




 All events are rain or shine, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued in the event of rain. In the event of severe weather during a concert, alerts and instructions will be given via the HVML social media pages.

Please note that lost and found items are only held at the venue for thirty (30) days after each event.



High Volume Music Live has NO parking fees. If you are ever approached about paying to park in the parking lot for any event, please contact management immediately. AND DO NOT PAY.

Parking is ALWAYS free at High Volume Music Live.



 

The following is a partial list of prohibited activities that are NOT permitted inside the venue or on venue property:

  • Accessing or attempting to access the stage, performer(s), performance areas, and production areas.

  • Excessively loud or abusive language and obscene gestures

  • Fighting, threatening to fight, or throwing objects

  • Loitering, trespassing, soliciting and peddling

  • Tailgating

  • Unauthorized sales activity or ambush marketing

  • Unlawful assembly

Attendees and their guests in violation may be subject to ejection without a refund, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.



The following is a partial list of prohibited activities that are NOT permitted inside the venue or on venue property:

  • You CANNOT bring Cans, bottles, coolers, glass, or cups (Stanley cups, YETI cups, etc) from outside to inside the building. No outside drinks are allowed in the building.

  • Drones, remote control devices

  • Any weapon including firearms and knives

  • Illegal drugs, substances or paraphernalia

  • Large bags, backpacks or suitcases
    (purses smaller than 4.5″ x  6.5″ are permitted)

  • Non-clear bags larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″

  • Clear bags larger than 12″x 6″ x 12″ 

  • Laser pointers

  • Noisemakers, fireworks

  • Again, absolutely no Outside food or drink is allowed

  • Pets

  • Projectiles
  • Unauthorized pamphlets, fliers, promotional items, sales materials
  • Vapes, lighters, cigarettes
  • Weapons or anything deemed a weapon by venue staff


Management reserves the right to prohibit other items as deemed necessary


High Volume Music Live has a strict no smoking, no vaping policy.


If you must smoke we ask that you DO NOT smoke in front of the suite.


Please smoke in or around your vehicle or you can walk to either end of the breezeway and smoke.
